Description: This exceptionally lanky man wears tan trousers with green and black striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy black hair. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Ahvain embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. After a long history of fighting, Paelias and his spouse have recently divorced.
