Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and seeks redemption

Description: A middle-aged man, he dresses in tan turtlenecks beneath a white coat with blue slacks, and is pretty ugly. His silver hair is unkempt and raggedy. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady blue eyes.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Rael was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.

History: He was born in the east. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he tends to wear a brown poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy black hair. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Laborer who has hired him part-time. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Laborer. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Marshal. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: He wants revenge against dire rats; and sabotage a competitor
