He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty tan coat over it. His chestnut hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His gray eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Laucian is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle.

Description: 5'1" and muscular, this eastern man is dressed in earthy colors with a brown and pastel handkerchief worn on his right side. His hair is blonde, silky, and of moderate length. His eyes are hazel and catlike.

Personality: Naeris wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: Naeris was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with singing. He constantly tries to fill his life with singing. He has all his life been fascinated with singing.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Sage arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Sage for the past few years.
