Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. He wears his golden hair down. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
