History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Efferil was born on a far northern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Sailor. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
