Description: This southern man is abnormally tall. He is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His silver hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a top hat. His blue eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing painting.

History: Ivellios was born with his mother's beautiful face. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has never given up on his painting dream.
