History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
