Personality: He is fixated on the number 38. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Soveliss lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His hair is cut close to his head. Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Galinndan is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young.
