History: Born in the south to a Bather, Quarion learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. History: He got into the Ruler business at a young age. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Ruler.

History: Naill was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Berrian was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region.
