Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he is dressed in earthy colors with a grey and brown handkerchief worn on his left side. He has done his best to style his blonde hair to look like a famous performer. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
