History: Theriatis hails from a village terrorized by giants. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. In his 19th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady gray eyes.

Personality: Lamlis is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Through the years after Lamlis was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Lamlis's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Lamlis and his spouse have recently divorced.
