Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears many layers of old clothing at all times. He keeps his long blonde hair kept up in a rat tail. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines gray.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: Efferil was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Efferil was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Efferil decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with.
