Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Heian hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
