History: The child of a Fletcher, who enjoyed hunting, Efferil was taken on many hunting expeditions. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he is greedy

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
