History: Born in the south to a Spice Merchant, Erdan learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Spice Merchant.

Personality: Mindartis is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He's also a talented Carpenter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the west were limited. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
