History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the west. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. After a long history of fighting, Naeris and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.
