Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Efferil was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the brigands.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He dresses in white turtlenecks beneath a green coat with yellow slacks. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His eyes are blue and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Thervan embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. A true patriot, Thervan would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the south. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and doesn't want to be a barrister and was forced into it by his family

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was born in the north. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He wears a black cloak and cross-gartered tan stockings. His hair, while still mostly black, has prominent grey streaks. He has several tiny amber earrings on each ear.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he is greedy

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
