History: Aelar hails from a village terrorized by illithids. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Aelar was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Aelar was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
