History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: Born to a Fortune-teller, his father struggled to pay the bills. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Lucan grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Lucan. He became a Tanner soon after.
