History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has achieved small success as a Soapmaker.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Born in the west to a Assassin, Raer learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Assassin hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor.
