History: He comes from a rich western family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.

History: Rolen hails from a village terrorized by illithids. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Traki hails from a village terrorized by drow. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Traki fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
