History: He comes from a rich southern family. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Varis grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Varis. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Halimath lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Halimath abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Elven artifacts is his passion; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
