Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Varis was a troubled youth. History: He got into the Detective business at a young age. After coming to the age of reason, Dayereth took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the south. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

Description: This man is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His white hair is singed and shortened. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Nutae was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

Personality: He hates Elves with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
