History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Thervan was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was born in the south. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Elves in Laucian's homeland. Laucian decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: This man loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Sailor arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He tends to his Sailor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
