History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the west were limited. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.
