History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. Through the years after Raer was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Raer's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Heian was a troubled youth.
