History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Adran alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Adran fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Born to a Shipwright, his father struggled to pay the bills. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Gennal grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Gennal. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Herbalist for the past few years.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: Soveliss speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the south. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He struck the Mercenary job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was born in the west. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the west were limited. He became a Unemployed soon after.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.
