History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. Himo was born on a far northern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Tailor. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears just a violet suit. His white hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His eyes are a pleasant green.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
