Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Lucan was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
