History: Born in the west to a Bather, Quarion learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. When Quarion reached his early adolescence his Elf mother passed away. Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac
