Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Uthemar's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Uthemar was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: Thamior hails from a village terrorized by goblins. At a young age his father died while driving off some goblins. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in bastard sword use. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Fivin was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Ploughman they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Guard, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers
