History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Ploughman work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ploughman work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He tends to his Ploughman job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Halimath alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and to end his boredom
