He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Carrie's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. A true patriot, Carrie would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. When Carrie reached his early adolescence his Elf mother passed away.
