Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Varis embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. A gifted student he started as a Engraver, but he got bored and became a Scribe. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a black coat. His hair is cut close to his head. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Tharivol grew up listening to his father's many stories. Tharivol abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His childhood dream was to be a Glassblower, but he was a colossal failure. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a sweet of some kind. He wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with grey lining and desert motifs, marred by sweets. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy blonde hair. He has gray eyes.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Erdan was born on a far northern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Shepherd. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: He was born in a small island village. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and to reunite with his old friends
