History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Carpenter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and obtaining odd cultural elven artifacts is his passion

Personality: He hates Elves with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Laucian was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Laucian fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
