Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: This slender man stands about 5'0". He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His hair is chestnut and very short. His violet eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting illithids, the young Arannis began to lead the lost caravan. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. His white hair, when down, is lengthy. His green unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: Aerdeth was born the youngest of three triplets. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Soapmaker they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Marshal, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: He is greedy; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Cartwright arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His childhood dream was to be a Fisher, but he was a colossal failure. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
