Description: An older man who wears dull white sweaters, loose blue pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed shield, just in case, he is not a threatening figure. His chestnut hair is cut short. His eyes are a pleasant gray.

Personality: Varis hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his singing career. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Seamstress arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.
