History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he is typically in his Cook uniform. His black hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a cross scrunchie. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his gray eyes.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Born in the south to a Cook, Berrian learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Berrian grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Berrian. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Koeth embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He wants revenge against giants; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Soveliss was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Soveliss decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Locksmith kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
