Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Koeth's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
