History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Rael embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has worked as a Banker like his mother before him.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Shoemaker. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the east. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
