Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Sailor. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has worked as a Sailor like his father before him.
