History: Paelias was born the youngest of three triplets. Paelias was a troubled youth. History: He was born in the south. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 32. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He's also a talented Barber, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.
