Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: Varis was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Description: This younger middle-aged man is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior, and a wedding ring on his right hand. His blonde hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His eyes are brown and catlike.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Korfel is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Korfel was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Korfel never married again. History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered music. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Blacksmith. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
