Description: He prefers to wear flannel. His hair, while still mostly white, has prominent grey streaks. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: The child of a Interpreter, who enjoyed hunting, Rolen was taken on many hunting expeditions. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Rolen took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up longsword and armor he uses now. He's also a talented Interpreter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.

History: He was born into a rich family. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Bather. He now mingles about in high society.
