His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

His violet leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his green boots flare out at the collars. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His white hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady amber eyes.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When Rael reached his early adolescence his Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Being a Masseuse kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: Aerdeth was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Aerdeth grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Aerdeth. After a long history of fighting, Aerdeth and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. Carrie is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Herbalist and was forced into it by his family; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
