History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). During his travels, Hadarai and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Hadarai discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Hadarai fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Carter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees.
