Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His brown eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. A true patriot, Uthemar would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.
