History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left hand, he sports grey clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. His white hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His gray eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: Paelias hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Paelias grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). During his travels, Paelias and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Paelias discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Paelias fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

Description: With brown face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. His white hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are gray.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Beiro was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Bowyer.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Paelias was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 12 years.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and to reunite with his absent mother
