Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a chocolate of some kind. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down, marred by chocolates. His chestnut hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His brown unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: Mindartis is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
