Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
